Support of medical information system «UMS Aurora»
Service is carried out on the basis of a special Contract which costs 20% from price of the general Contract on sale and introduction of software product.
In addition one next updating software product is given to the User free of charge. The subsequent updatings of software product make 30% from cost of the available complete set under current price-list “UMSSoft”.
Service of software product includes:
- Unlimited telephone and e-mail technical consultations of Users in necessary amount. Answers to the User’s questions arising at a process of using software are given by experts of the Service center within one working day from the moment of receipt of inquiry. You can receive Consultations on any of the system modules, including: the Form Designer, the Manager of magazines and reports, the Generator of reports, HTTP-Server systems, API systems;
- Unlimited consultations at office “UMSSoft” in a Tomsk city;
- Elimination revealed during commercial operation fixed by the User in written form and the discrepancies of software functioning given in the Service center and-or the accompanying documentation. Company “UMSSoft” corrects revealed errors in probably short period of time. In case when specified error cannot be removed in current version of the program, corrections are brought in the new version of software product which is delivered to the Users free of charge. Such works, as development of a new components (modules) of software product and-or updating of its logic work can be made on the basis of Separate Contracts.
